This 2-day Reiki First Degree training invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with who you truly are. Through attunements, guided practice, and intuitive exploration, you’ll learn to channel gentle yet powerful energy for your own healing and personal growth.

This in-person experience is more than a course—it’s a doorway into a calmer, more connected life. Reiki First Degree includes four sacred attunements that gently open your energy field to the beautiful, restorative flow of Reiki.

Over the weekend, you’ll learn the history of Reiki and be taught simple, easy-to-remember hand positions that will enable you to offer Reiki to yourself, your family, and your friends. It is a deeply practical and supportive training with plenty of time for giving and receiving healing, asking questions, and building confidence.

By the end of the weekend, you will feel grounded, empowered, and ready to share Reiki with those around you.
