Terms and Conditions for Online Purchases
Jeanette Wilson Limited is New Zealand registered Limited Liability Company. Please read through our terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Currency
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and UK Pound.
Stock Availability
We try our best to keep stock levels as up to date. Should the item you’ve ordered be out of stock we will refund you immediately.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund an item purchased online provided it is in original and unworn condition. The item must be returned within 10 days from receipt of goods. And you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
We cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost return packages sent to us without proof of delivery. We advise you insure your return package.
We do not offer refunds on electronic purchases such as PDF files, ebooks or other digital data.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, we will only provide a credit note. You will be required to cover the cost of the shipping the item.
Payment
We accept direct credit payment (NZ only) and debit/credit card (Mastercard and Visa only). Our credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. Orders will be dispatched when we have received payment in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
The name of the business (Jeanette Wilson Limited) will appear on your invoice
Orders
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within standard working hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. Shipping includes tracking but does not include insurance.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We take no responsibility for charges incurred at receivers end after sending the parcel as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
PO Box delivery is not available

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
New Zealand – 2-4 working days
Australia – 2-5 working days
