REIKI First Degree uses 4 sacred attunements/ initiations to gently open up your energy bodies and channels to the beautiful energy  that is REIKI.

A series of easily learned hand positions enable you to quickly learn how to give a REIKI treatment to yourself or to others.

Investment includes certificate and online manual

Please note you will need someone with you to give healing to and to receive healing from, so this workshop is best done with a friend or family member and you will also need a massage table
